Camping Inferno Info
CHECK IN
- Combi ticket holders can check in starting at 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
- Campsite Inferno closes at noon on Monday.
- Festival-goers must exchange their festival ticket for a GMM festival wristband in the exchange area.
- Festival tickets do NOT include access to Inferno. The opposite is also true: your Inferno camping ticket does not include access to the festival arena.
- At reception you must exchange your accommodation voucher for your Inferno wristband.
- Checkout on Sunday evening between 8 p.m. and 1 a.m. and on Monday morning starting at 8 a.m. Deposits will be refunded through Ticketmaster within one month after the festival.
parking
- Inferno has its own car park, which can only be accessed with a valid Inferno parking voucher. Parking vouchers can be purchased in the run-up to the festival. You will receive an email from Ticketmaster containing a link.
- Once parked please leave your car in the car park for the duration of the festival (except in case of emergency) so as not to disturb the other guests or our neighbours.
FACILITIES
- Camping Inferno has a sanitary block with free showers, washbasins and flush toilets.
- Breakfast at Inferno is served from Thursday through Monday between 8 a.m. and noon (for a fee).
- The Red Cross station is manned in the morning. The rest of the day you can ask the reception staff to call for medical assistance.
- Starting Wednesday, guests at Inferno can exchange their festival tickets for a GMM wristband.
DOS AND DON'TS
Read the house rules for camping Inferno to know what is allowed and what isn’t. In a nutshell:
Do not bring: dry ice – drugs – torches – stoves – gas burners – gas installations – sound systems – large BBQs – charcoal BBQs – disposable BBQs – bicycle pumps – flyers – glass – candles – pets (exc. guide and assistance dogs) – (pocket) knives & switchblades – party tents – sharp objects – power generators – beer dispensers – fireworks – fires – weapons (duh!) - nargile - bongs - shovels - pliers - drills - saws - screwdrivers.
You can bring: small burners (click here for an overview of the cartridge types that are allowed) - parasols.
SAFETY & SECURITY
- The fire lanes at the campsite must be kept clear at all times. All items that block the fire lanes will be removed.
- You’ll find a Red Cross station at the camping Inferno reception desk. It is only manned in the morning.
- Leave valuable items at home or store them in the lockers in the festival arena. Theft can be reported to the on-site police station. GMM is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to personal property.
